A note from Jennifer:
Jennifer will facilitate this class. The DVD's will be used for the instruction.  Jennifer will be there to help with questions and go over homework, only as time allows. Tests are available for print from the website for the parents to administer to their student, if they desire.
A Note from Jennifer:
I will be facilitating a viewing of all the lessons on dvds.  There is a total of 15 hours of viewing time on the dvds.  This limits our class to 30 minutes for practicing our chants and going over exercises, so the majority of the work will need to be accomplished at home and overseen by parents.  This would be a great review for previous Latin 1 students or an opportunity for those wanting to take Latin 2 this fall.  It could also be used as a preview for those wanting to take Latin 1 this fall. Instruction for the entire book will be completed in 10 video sessions, so for hard working students, planning to earn their Latin 1 credit, a firm commitment will be necessary.

Jennifer has 6 classes remaining before she receives her bachelor's degree in elementary education through Liberty University.  Her Latin experience is limited to working with her oldest two children this past year(2015-2016) in Latin 1 with Latin Alive! 1. She has taken high school and college level Spanish classes, which helped her to understand Latin a little easier.  She will be facilitating this class over the summer(2016)for her four and anyone else who wishes to join her as a review or a preview.  Jennifer homeschools her 4 children; two 12th graders, one 8th grader, and one 7th grader.  She has taught a variety of classes in homeschool co-op settings, including a history class with The Eager Educators.
